How Support Works

Blink Voice Ticket System Protocol is necessary before support can start working on any problem. Once a support ticket is filled out you will receive an email with the ticket number and status. After 14 days of installation charges may apply for support if client does not have a maintenance plan.

If you have a maintenance agreement with Blink Communications please be sure to advise the representative you’re speaking with to help speed up the process in order to service you better.
